Children’s Programs
About St. Tim’s Kids
St. Timothy’s has a rich history of children’s programs. In recent years we’ve done a variety of activities – movie nights and hikes, First Communion classes and Bible studies. We also have a long-standing history of a lemonade stand. Each summer the kids choose a beneficiary organization and raise funds by making and selling lemonade to the congregation.
For our transition time, we are offering childcare for ages 3-10 during service. Our kids might do anything from making a lectionary-appropriate craft to learning child-safe cooking to designing and performing their own puppet show. Our professional care and safety-trained helpers ready starting at 9:00 for kids to be dropped off.
While we hope our new rector will help us regrow a more traditional Sunday School program, our kids are busy learning and having fun in the meantime!
